Welcome to the Zumba choreography cue sheet — a simple planning tool designed to help instructors build, organise, and record routines for each song. Use this page to capture the song title, artist, BPM, rhythm, class date, choreography sequence, footwork, direction, arm movements, and instructor notes in one place.

Whether you are preparing a new routine, refining an existing track, or creating a printable reference for class, this cue sheet gives you a clear structure to map each section of the song and keep your choreography consistent, energetic, and easy to follow.

How this tool works

This tool helps you create a structured Zumba choreography cue sheet for any song. Start by entering the song title, artist, BPM, duration, intensity, and class date. You can also select the rhythm style, such as Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Merengue, Samba, Cha-cha, Hip-hop, Flamenco, Bhangra, or Axé.

Once the song details are added, use the choreography table to break the routine down into sections such as the intro, verse, chorus, bridge, drop, and outro. Each row can be edited directly, allowing you to record the counts, movement, footwork, direction, arm actions, and any extra notes needed for teaching or remembering the routine.

The Add row button lets you expand the choreography sequence as needed, while the Instructor notes section gives space for reminders such as energy level, teaching cues, transitions, class adaptations, or safety points. The Quick reference section provides useful shorthand codes for common footwork, directions, arm movements, and song sections, making it quicker to build and read a routine.

When the cue sheet is complete, use Print / Save PDF to create a copy for class preparation, personal records, or offline use. If you want to start again, the Clear sheet option resets the page so a new routine can be created.
